We have enjoyed a wonderful week. The weather was kind, Lisa & Ged even kinder and the accommodation very comfortable and just what we were looking for. The outdoor space suited the children admirably. An ideal spot for a big family get-together.

La Mancellière is a lovely quiet place in a lovely little village. We have had a great holiday and seen some beautiful places and buildings. The two girls enjoyed playing in the garden and splashing in the paddling pool. Our favourite places were Ange Michel and Zoo de Champrepus and would also recommend a stroll around the market at St Hilaire. A real must though is a visit to Omaha beach for the D-Day Landings. Thank you Ged & Lisa, you were both very helpful and a lovely couple.

We want to thank you both for a wonderful week at La Mancellière. As we have had a very busy schedule we have not had enough time to relax on the property, but we have really enjoyed breakfast & dinner in the garden, and games on the lawns, also talking to the sheep at the fence!
Mont St Michel, St Malo & Aquarium, Granville, the beaches on the coast, the 5 D-Day Landing museums / beaches - all have been a wonderful experience for us all. St Hilaire, the market, La Daminaco restaurant etc were all enjoyable. In Buais the patisserie has been a delight every morning, the tennis court has been fun in the evening and we met a lot of friendly French people who have been very patient with our French vocab!!!
Looking forward to coming back in the future.

A very relaxing location after the congestion of Paris. Mont St Michel, Cancale & Dinan were our favourite areas & would warrant a return trip. However, for more local attractions, special mention must be made of the Wednesday market at St. Hilaire.

Our family have enjoyed two lovely weeks here at La Mancellière. Lisa and Ged have been amazing in every way & the gift on our wedding anniversary was so sweet!
The girls have loved every aspect of this holiday - days out at the zoo & water parks to playing tennis in the beautiful gardens. My husband and I have found our surroundings very relaxing; the villa is very cosy and homely!

Week 1 - Enjoyed the variety of places to visit from Mont St Michel to Domfront and the cascades at Mortain. Witnessed THE most spectacular thunderstorm from horizon to horizon which cut the power and took us all back to how people lived with no TV or WiFi!!
Week 2 - Beaches on most days as the weather settled to a steady sunny and warm situation. Dinard the best for sand and rock pools. Thanks to Lisa & Ged for providing such wonderful & peaceful surroundings and good advice on where to go. This is truly a lovely way to spend a family holiday!

The week has gone by much too quickly. We have enjoyed it here so much. All the adults but especially our little one enjoyed the fabulous garden every day for play & relaxation. The house is so full of character, it has been such a pleasure to live in it for our week. There are so many places to visit in the surrounding area. Our favourite was Fougères.

We had a lovely week here at La Mancellière. Two lovely cycles in the area in sunny autumnal weather. Lots of hills!! Two shorter cycles around Le Mont St. Michel - much flatter & easier but with great views of the bay & Mont St. Michel. A visit to the Chateau/fortress at Fougères was very interesting and a great insight into the history of the area. Thanks to Lisa & Ged for a lovely welcome to comfortable, warm and very well-equipped accommodation.
