All prices are in UK pounds and are for the property per week. (If you would like to pay in Euros, we will provide prices at the latest exchange rate.)

All prices include towels, tea towels and quality bed linen with duvets and pillows. We also provide dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls, washing up liquid, washing powder and fabric conditioner.

Wood for the Farmhouse fire is provided and additional supplies are available for a small fee.

There is a small surcharge for central heating. This can be arranged when making your booking or we can organise this for you when you arrive at the property.

To keep our prices low, we will close off certain rooms in the Farmhouse for smaller groups.

The Farmhouse “up to 6” (smaller groups) option may not be available at peak times.

How to pay:

Payment can be made by cheque in UK pounds or by bank transfer. Please ask for details when booking.

Payment in Euros can be made by cheque or by bank transfer. Again, please ask for details when booking.

Deposit / balance:

We require a 25% deposit to reserve your booking.

The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival unless you choose our “early payment” special offer.

All payments are non-refundable.

Security deposit:

We require a standard security deposit (Farmhouse - £300 / Villa - £150) which will be returned to you 7-14 days after your departure provided all is well with the property. If there are any breakages or damage beyond normal wear and tear, your security cheque will be forfeited.

Short breaks:

We offer out of season short breaks for discounted prices, commencing and leaving any day of the week. Available from mid September to March. Please contact us for more details.

Arrivals and changeover day:

Our week runs from Saturday to Saturday although we can be flexible to fit your needs depending on time of year, existing bookings and short breaks. In order for us to prepare the property for your visit, check in time is from 4pm. We kindly ask that you check out by 10am.
